 Throughout his executive search career, Scott Williams has specialized in recruiting senior level technology executives for corporations, vendors and consultancies.  He has successfully completed CIO assignments for Fortune 500 firms, and C level executives for software and IT outsourcing/services firms.  He also has extensive experience recruiting partner or near partner level executives for IT consultancies.

 

Previous Experience
Scott has over 13 years of executive search experience.  Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, he was the global practice head of the IT services and professional services practice at a large global executive search firm.  Prior to his executive search career, Scott was a Partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he helped build the firm’s telecommunications industry practice in both the Dallas and Denver offices.

Education
Scott earned a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration at Texas Tech University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance at the University of Texas at Austin.
