Bob Tate provides strategic, value added consulting expertise in executive search, succession planning, executive compensation and management development. Bob executes searches in industries that include traditional packaged goods, durable goods, retail, entertainment and leisure. As a 12 year veteran of the executive search industry, Bob has placed presidents, CFOs, CIOs, CMOs as well as sales, operations and senior human resource executives in both public and privately held companies. His expertise lies in sales, marketing and direct response database marketing, supply chain and general management.

Previous Experience
Bob is the former Vice President and General Manager of Avon Products, and had P&L responsibility for a $800 million business . He also served as a member of the Diversity Task Force and subsequently co-chaired the U.S. Diversity Task Force for Avon Products. Before that, he held sales and sales management positions with IBM and Honeywell Corporation.

Education
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware in Business Administration and Marketing, and has completed executive studies at the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
