Working with senior management teams and venture capitalists, he advises many prominent technology companies by leveraging his diverse industry experience.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Matt established a venture-backed international financial services firm in Southern California. He also held senior-level finance positions with numerous firms including, Care Enterprises, a $300 million public healthcare provider; Emery Worldwide, a $1 billion public transportation firm; and Venator Group, a $9 billion public retail conglomerate. His early career was spent with Ernst & Young, where he worked with both public and private clients.

Education
Matt earned his B.S. in business administration at Wayne State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Certificate in Management Accounting (CMA).
