David M. Love has extensive search experience in recruiting diversity candidates for a broad range of industries and functions including CPG&S, Board of Directors, and executives in manufacturing/industrial, legal, healthcare, high technology, and telecommunications sectors, both domestically and internationally. He is a member of many diverse professional organizations including Chief Executives Round Table, the Society of International Business Fellows, and the Wharton Club of DFW. In addition, David currently serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Dallas, the Dallas Summer Musicals, and the President’s Advisory Council for the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts. He also is a past President of the D/FW Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, where he has been an active member for 20 years.

Previous Experience
David has over 21 years of executive search experience. Prior to becoming a search professional, he was Vice President of Client Systems for Information Retrieval Methods, Inc., (IRM) located in Dallas, Texas, a consulting and service company which custom designs and operates computer sales and marketing systems. Before joining IRM, David served the Dr Pepper Company as Vice President, Sales and Sales Services. His early experience was with The Coca-Cola Company and subsidiaries where, over a period of 14 years, he held a variety of line and staff sales, marketing, MIS, planning, foodservice, security, and administrative assignments, both domestically and internationally. While serving as Assistant to the President of Coca-Cola USA and Administrative Services Manager, he was instrumental in implementing an effective equal opportunity practice in Atlanta, which received recognition from the Mayor of Atlanta, Maynard Jackson, and the former Mayor, Andrew Young.

Education
David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from Beloit College, Beloit, Wisconsin in 1960. He received his Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law.
