Marie-Paule Kirscht specializes in the areas of operations, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, human resources, and sales & marketing management. Her work is primarily with multinational and local companies in Brussels, in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, precision manufacturing and food processing industries.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Marie-Paule was founder and director at MSC, her own search and human resources counseling firm. Before that, she was a senior consultant with Constant & Partners, and she began her career at Sobemap (Sema Group) in the human relations management department.

Education
Marie-Paule earned her Master in Communications at the Institute for High Studies in Social Communication in Brussels.
