Ben DeBerry specializes in global recruitment and has considerable experience recruiting board directors and C-level executives in a variety of areas including general management, retail and distribution, heavy industrial, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, finance, sales and marketing.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Ben held a senior-level position with an international management firm, where he developed and executed initiatives in partnership with leading multinational clients. Before that, he was the CEO of a large Midwestern retail chain where he gained experience in general management, sales and marketing, business development and strategy.

Education
Ben earned his B.S. in business management and marketing from DePaul University.
