John Weigold has more than 14 years of experience in executive search in a number of industries and nearly all functional areas. His industry expertise includes senior-level work at industrial, technology, financial and private equity/venture capital portfolio companies. His functional work has included C-level, General Management, Finance, Technology, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations, and various other staff positions.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, John was a member of the Technology Practice at another leading global search firm for nearly seven years, where he conducted senior-level assignments throughout the technology and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, he gained significant experience in boutique and specialized search firms for the technology and legal industries and functions.

Before joining the executive search industry, John served five years on active duty with the U.S. Navy, where he was involved with ship repair and engineering maintenance, electrical, electronic and navigation systems. He was recently selected for promotion to the rank of Captain in the U.S. Naval Reserve.

Education
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland.
