Previous Experience
Before joining A.T. Kearny Executive Search, Lisa was with a National search firm focused on the Consumer and Retail industries. Lisa began her career in executive search with a New York City-based private equity firm in their Executive Recruitment area, which was created to manage all senior level executive searches for the Firm’s portfolio of companies. Before that, she held leadership positions with IBM.

Education
Lisa holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Organizational Development from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Science from Pace University. She has also completed post graduate course work in Human Capital Management at Fairfield University.
