Frank Steck has extensive executive search experience in all functions, specializing in the automotive, truck, agriculture, construction and marine industries.  His broad background in consumer and industrial products and involvement with various trade associations have enabled Frank to develop an extensive network with senior management in a wide variety of companies. Frank is a member of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and the Heavy Duty Business Forum Association, and serves on the Board of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, Flying Dutchman/Keystone Resorts, Clarion Technologies Corporation, SRC Holding Company and Raynor Inc.

Previous Experience
Prior to his decade in executive search, Frank spent 35 years as an executive in the automotive and heavy duty industries, including 14 years as a Corporate Officer with P&L responsibility with Fortune500 companies.  Search placements range from CEO/Presidents to Plant Managers.  He served  as an SVP & GM in North America for Fleetguard, Inc., a subsidiary of Cummins Engine Co; was Vice President, Worldwide Parts for J.I. Case, a subsidiary of Tenneco, Inc; and Vice President/General Manager World Wide Parts for International Harvester.  He also directed automotive marketing, sales and buying for Sears Roebuck & Co.

Education
Frank earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Wilkes University.
