Hilary Sears has more than 20 years of executive search experience, and has primarily focused on consumer and business services with an emphasis on B2C and B2B at the Board level . She works with both local and global clients on assignments across general management, marketing and sales, finance and human resources. Hilary serves as European Board Member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), and is a member of the A.T. Kearney Executive Search core Leadership Assessment Team. Externally, she is on the Council of the Cranfield Management Association, and is a member of the International Women's Forum (having served on their London Board). She has previously held a number of voluntary board positions, including that of Vice Chairman of the Association of MBA's, and Chairman of City Women's Network.

Previous Experience
Before joining the executive search industry, Hilary worked in marketing and advertising. She was in consumer marketing with Johnson & Johnson and in account management with leading “above and below the line” advertising agencies in London and Montreal, including McCann Erickson, and J Walter Thompson (subsidiary).

Education
Hilary earned a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Economics with International Relations from University College London.
