Jan P. Schaap is a member of the Technology Practice and has 20 years of executive search experience including more than 350 assignments in a wide variety of industries, covering every functional area. He also initiated and managed A.T. Kearney European research projects in the area of corporate governance and human resources management. He recently developed a (4 year) New Board Program with the Nyenrode Business University that focuses on recruitment, training and development of key executives of large corporations for non executive board positions.

Previous Experience
In the past, Jan has held European HR management positions with General Electric Plastics and several commercial and consulting roles in the Telecommunications division of the former Dutch PTT (currently KPN).

Education
Jan holds a degree of the PTT business school (1966 - 1970) and has completed a two years post-doctoral training program on Organizational behavior and management consulting (SIOO) in addition to many other commercial and consulting programs.
