A lawyer by background, Mark entered the executive search profession in 1994 and is a member of the Financial Services Practice.  His recruitment activities are concentrated on the attraction of senior level executives to companies in the financial services, technology, and professional services industries.  He has delivered outstanding executive talent to clients ranging from startups to multinational organizations with headquarters in North America and Europe. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Mark served as Partner with other top 10 executive search firms.  He is a member of The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation ‘Leaders’ program and a fundraiser for the North York General Hospital “Stand By Me” campaign. Mark also served on the board of the AMICI, a not-for-profit organization that sends underprivileged children to summer camps in Ontario.

Previous Experience
Before joining the executive search industry, Mark was a lawyer at McIlroy & McIlroy, where he advised companies on corporate and M&A matters, as well as international trade and intellectual property issues.

Education
Mark received his law degree from the University of British Columbia Law School and his B.A. from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with honors.
