Ken Rich has worked in, or recruited for, virtually all segments of the financial services industry including investment management, hedge funds and alternative investments, leasing, real estate, insurance, actuarial and benefits consulting, and corporate and investment banking, including capital markets and advisory services. In addition, he has served clients in business and professional services. He is the recipient of the Eleanor H. Raynolds Award for combining excellence in search with a commitment to volunteerism, and was selected as one of North America’s top recruiters in John Sibbald’s book, The New Career MakersKen has served on the board of trustees of Lafayette College, the board of directors of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), and the board of directors of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International. 

Previous Experience
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Ken served General Electric Credit Corporation as Manager, Business Development  (strategic planning and M & A), and before that he was Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., and Resident Vice President for the International Group, Citibank, N.A., where he worked in Athens, Greece and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ken began his career in investment banking as a corporate finance associate at Kuhn, Loeb & Co. 

Education
Ken earned  an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago, an A.B. in Chemistry from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania, and an A.P.C. in Accounting from NYU.
