Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Virginia held senior management roles in both the public and private sectors, including several years in senior human resources roles in the oil industry.

Education
Virginia earned her B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Smith College; she did her post-graduate studies in economics at the London School of Economics and McGill University.
