Jean-Francois Monteil specializes in investment banking, investment management related services, private banking, capital markets and private equity. His expertise takes him to financial services companies and markets throughout Europe. His functional expertise across sectors includes CXO roles, marketing, sales, risk management and human resources.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search in 2002, Jean-Francois was a partner with TASA-TMP Worldwide where he instituted that firm’s financial & professional services practice in Paris. He started his career in search in London with one of the leading city-based executive search boutiques, as a consultant in charge of European development. Prior to joining the search industry, Jean-François held roles within the banking and asset management arenas in Paris and Luxembourg, working in various domestic and international marketing and sales positions.

Education
Jean-Francois has a post-graduate degree in political science at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, University of Strasbourg (France). He earned his Master’s Degree at the London School of Economics.
