John Mestepey has more than 20 years experience in the retained executive search industry, conducting assignments at the board and senior executive level. His experience includes searches for both public and private-sector institutions and corporations in a wide variety of industries and in every functional discipline. John was named one of America's top recruiters in The Career Makers by John Sibbald.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, John was the director of market development and vice president of human resources for Hy-Gain Electronics, a consumer electronics firm. Before that, he was head of recruiting for the Life Division of Aetna Life and Casualty.

Education
John earned his B.S. in psychology from Loyola University.
