Paul Menmuir is primarily involved in services related to human capital strategy, such as succession planning, talent management and leadership assessment. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance and organization.

Previous Experience
Before Paul began focusing on A.T. Kearney Executive Search, he served as managing director for the management consultancy division of A.T. Kearney, with responsibility for its Iberia region and then for Latin America. He also spent 20 years with a “Big 5” accounting firm in Europe and the United States, holding a number of positions including latterly managing director with responsibility for all countries and all services in continental and eastern Europe, and for the European region’s management consultancy and tax divisions. During his career in management consultancy, he worked mainly on client projects related to strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organization and performance improvement and gained significant experience in retail and corporate banking, consumer goods and transportation.

Education
Paul earned an undergraduate degree in law, and a master of science in finance and economics at the University of London. He earned his M.B.A. from IESE, University of Navarra, in Spain.
