Tony Marshal has more than sixteen years of executive search experience within the financial markets industry. His expertise lies in senior level financial markets executive search, specializing in capital markets across all areas of debt, credit, treasury, rates and derivatives. He incorporates origination, trading, sales and structuring through to sophisticated product market and credit risk management appointments on behalf of investment banking and corporate clients. He is also an active contributor of editorial and human capital trends to various end user financial markets publications and professional associations.

Previous Experience
Before moving into executive search in 1988, Tony spent five years in the financial markets, originally within equities before moving into the interest rate and treasury markets. He began his career as a trader and then latterly as a salesperson of treasury and interest rate derivative products.
