Riccardo Kustermann’s work is primarily in the technology (telecommunications, hardware, e-business and consulting) and industrial sector (automotive) and, recently, in consumer goods (food and nutritional supplements). Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Riccardo was a Managing Director for a leading executive search firm, where he was responsible for that firm’s technology practice in Italy and was a member of the Core European Team. Before that, he was a Manager in the Fochi Group. Previously he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey where he worked on strategic and organizational projects for clients in the industrial sector. He also served as a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia for the Kaki Group of companies, responsible for projects in the field of civil engineering.

Education
Riccardo earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering Politecnico in Milan, Italy at and his M.B.A. Università Bocconi, Milan, Italy.
