Lisa Hooker specializes in recruiting executives in telecommunications equipment and services, consumer electronics and software services. Lisa conducts assignments at the C-level for clients ranging from small to Fortune 500 firms, and assists top Venture Capital firms in assembling superior management teams to lead portfolio companies.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Lisa was the Managing Partner of a global executive search’s technology practice and built it into on of the largest practices in the firm in a tenure spanning more than ten years, three of which were spent serving on the Board of Directors. Previously, she was a global account manager with MCI Telecommunications where she developed, implemented and managed outsourcing and multi-million dollar global networks for Fortune 500 clients. Before that, she was the western region marketing manager for Fairchild Communications, responsible for providing shared tenant services to class “A” commercial buildings of large, commercial clients.
