Wilhelm-Christian Helkenberg’s industry expertise is in asset management and private banking where he focuses on a wide range of functions including sales and marketing, portfolio management and corporate functions (e.g., risk management, corporate finance, accounting, human resources and compliance).

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Wilhelm-Christian was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, advising clients in the areas of strategy, organizational design and development, process reengineering, and post-merger integration. Before that, he was with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he spent 12 years as a consultant and three years leading the human resources division with worldwide responsibility for HR-marketing, recruiting, training, evaluations and compensation.

Education
Wilhelm earned his masters degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in business administration and his Doctorate from the University of Hamburg.
