David R. Hart has been involved in the retained executive search environment for more than 25 years, holding leadership positions at some of the most prestigious firms in the Financial Services executive search world.   His clients include investment banks, brokerage firms, commercial banks, private equity and venture capital firms, leverage buy-out partnerships, institutional research and trading boutiques, and money managers.  He has personally completed over 500 retained assignments for positions ranging from associate to Chief Executive Officer.

Previous Experience
Before joining the executive search industry, David held Senior Sales positions with Martin Marietta Corporation and EDS in their Financial Services Groups. From 1968 thru 1973, David served the United States Air Force as a Pilot, Instructor Pilot, and Strategic Air Command, and is also a Vietnam Veteran.

Education
David holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Ball State University and has also completed the ABA Executive Training Program at the Johnson Banking School at SMU.
