Jack Harris has served a wide range of clients in pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, communications, transportation, distribution and not-for-profit industries. His practice is broadly based, but increasingly focuses on recruiting executives for leadership positions in general management, marketing and sales, finance, communications and HR. Jack is a member of A.T. Kearney’s Leadership Assessment Practice, where he has conducted assessments of senior management teams during corporate mergers. He is also actively involved in Board recruiting.

Previous Experience
Jack has nearly 30 years of executive search experience. In 1980, he formed Baker, Harris & Partners, which subsequently became A.T. Kearney Executive Search’s Canadian office in 1996. Prior to his executive search career, Jack spent 10 years in retail marketing in the consumer durables and oil industries.

Education
Jack earned his B.A. in psychology and his M.B.A. from McMaster University.
