Ellery Gordon has 25 years of senior management experience in the consumer products industry with vast experience in consulting and strategic planning in the fields of retail, cosmetics and fashion. In the past year alone, Ellery has performed senior-level executive searches for L’Oréal, J. C. Penney, Ann Taylor, Liz Claiborne, and Sears Roebuck & Company.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Ellery owned and operated Marketing Bridge Affiliates, providing brand marketing architecture to cosmetics, fashion, and retail companies. He was co-founder and CEO of MG Enterprises, a private-label product development and sourcing services firm, and was co-founder and managing partner of the World Island and American Blue divisions of the Berkley Shirt Company. Ellery served as president of Cacharel and Etienne Aigner Sport divisions of Phillips Van Heusen, and held executive-level positions at Gant and Metro Pants, and was a merchandising manager at Yves St. Laurent in Paris.

Education
Ellery earned his B.A. in psychology and biology from Long Island University.
