Gustavo Franchella specializes in performing executive searches and management assessments for companies in the telecommunications and information technology industries. Much of his executive search experience is borne of past business and management consulting work in the communications and high-tech industries.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Gustavo was a management consultant in A.T. Kearney’s Communications and High-Tech practice in Latin America. Before that, he was CIO at Telefonica Argentina, a senior manager in Price Waterhouse’s IT practice, and founding partner of Crestel, a high-tech consulting firm. He was also a program manager with General Electric Information Services in Madrid, Paris and London, and he held various marketing and technical positions with Unisys Spain. s a partner with another global retained executive search firm.

Education
Gustavo earned his B.S. in biology from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Argentina, and his M.B.A. from IESE Universidad de Navarra in Spain.
