Fariman Felisa is has an industry expertise in FMCG companies in food, beverage, personal care, cosmetics, fragrances, durables, leisure, mass market and specialty stores retailers. She has provided value-added consultation for large French multinationals and for Fortune 500 corporations. She has developed cross-functional expertise for industrial clients, including international executives in HR, communication operations, purchasing, supply-chain, quality, and finance. She also has a deep understanding of the emerging markets in the Middle-East, Eastern Europe, and Africa.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Fariman was a Vice President of Executive Development and International Sourcing for Groupe Danone, responsible for recruitment, succession planning, compensation & benefits policy for the top 200 executives and HP worldwide. Earlier in her career, she was a managing partner responsible for an HR subsidiary of DMC, a leading textile company.

Education
Fariman earned an M.A. in English from Université Sorbonne, Paris III, and a post-graduate degree in clinical psychology from René Descartes, Paris V.
