His key client relationships are in the software and telecommunications industries (operators and infrastructure) and in IT services. Ansgar also has deep functional experience in sales and marketing, specializing in the areas of sales operations, customer service, and business development.

Previous Experience
Prior to entering the search industry, Ansgar was Director of Business Development for Sunbeam-Oster, a Fortune 500 consumer goods company. Earlier in his career, Ansgar was a management consultant with a major management consulting firm.

Education
Ansgar earned his B.A. in liberal arts from the University of California at Berkeley, and his M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
