James D’Arcy has been in executive search since early 1993 in the financial services arena. Specializing in the Asian and European financial markets, he has a functional emphasis on senior portfolio management, research and sales positions and covers both traditional and alternative asset classes. In addition to asset management, James has historically covered all equity-related activities within investment banking.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search in 1999, James ran the Hong Kong offices of an international financial services executive search boutique and prior to that was an institutional equity salesman with SG Warburg in London. He was also with Prudential-Bache Securities and Chase Manhattan Securities in the same capacity. Before that he was in the British Army where, as a commissioned officer, he served as a platoon commander and latterly as operations officer in his regiment.

Education
James attended Wellington College in Berkshire, England and gained his Commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
