Charles I. Bunting specializes in conducting searches for senior-level positions in colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations. He supports searches for presidents, chancellors, provosts, and deans in public and independent colleges and universities. Additionally, he has undertaken searches for senior officials in associations and other non-profit organizations.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Chuck was Chancellor of the Vermont State College System where, in addition to his broader responsibilities, he co-chaired and guided all presidential searches during a 15-year period. He served in two senior administrative positions at Vassar and was director and deputy director of the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education. He was also chief of staff for the U.S. Department of Education.

Education
Chuck earned his B.A. in English from Amherst College and his Ed.D and M.A.T. in English from Harvard University.
